Nothing is so classically sexy as the ferociously-feline leopard print. The spotted print made a big appearance on fall runways, so it's a good time to grab your leopard dresses and accessories and get catty (in a good way)!
The great thing about leopard print is that it lends itself to a variety of options of clothing and accessory pieces. If you want to just add a pop of puurfection, printed shoes or a bag will instantly glam up an otherwise plain outfit. Or opt for an all-over print and be the star of the party! It's totally up to you.

Who said sleepwear is just for the sleeping? Certainly we do not hold it as a steadfast rule of style (especially since so many seem to be perfectly content wearing sweatpants and other loungewear items long into the waking hours).
For those of you who still prefer matching silk pajama sets and nightgowns than T-shirts and sweatpants, you too don't have to retire your nighttime getup when the sun comes up.
Marc Jacobs especially has advocated for comfortable daywear that emulates sleepwear but looks just as killer as a leather jacket.
So how does one translate sleepwear into daywear? It's quite simple and you are gonna love it.
For daytime, pair a smart piped button-down and elegant smoking slippers (the stylish lady's alternative to Ugg slippers and boots) with tailored denim shorts or skinny slacks.
For nighttime, pull a Courtney Love or Carrie Bradshaw-in-a-hurry and hang a heavy coat over a tissue-thin lace-trimmed silk nightgown. Top off with dainty floral-print pumps, a bright lip, and carefully tousled beadhead for maximum impact.
The key to the sleepwear-for-daytime look is balancing proportions and tailoring. Because sleepwear is often looser and more relaxed in terms of fitting, you want to pair your sleep-inspired items with tailored, fitted pieces that will balance proportions well.

I didn't tune in to last night's Teen Choice Awards but I always love seeing what Hollywood's freshest talents wear to the event. Here's my thoughts on the looks that graced the blue carpet.
Chloe Moretz is one of my favorite young Hollywood stars. She always wears fun, age-appropriate fashions that always flatter her and reflect her fun personality. Here she wears a Christopher Kane dress with primary-colored accents. I love the off-the-shoulder silhouette and the bright colors.
Bella Thorne (left) and Lily Collins both wore designs from Fausto Puglisi's Resort 2014 collection. The palm tree print is festive and fun for the teen summer bash, but I prefer Bella's look to Lily's. I rarely dislike Lily's outfits, but I'm not a big fan of her top or hair on this occasion.
I absolutely love Bridget Mendler's fun printed mini by Kelly Wearstler. It is totally fun and youthful without trying too hard to be sexy, which is a problem many teen actresses face with their clothing decisions. And I love her beachy curls; basically, this whole look is a win.
Pretty Little Liars stars Ashley Benson and Lucy Hale both went for midriff-baring looks; Benson's by Armani and Hale's by Houghton. I think Lucy looks absolutely lovely (as usual) and everything about this look is perfect for the event and for summer. Ashley's look, eh, not my favorite, but certainly better than last year's. I like all the components on their own, just not as an outfit.
I immediately fell in love with this dress from Stella McCartney's Resort 2014 collection and love how Kerry Washington wore it. The dress is fun and playful and perfect for the event, and I love her side-swept bangs and her red lips that play off of the red lips on her dress. Perfection!
The stars of Teen Wolf were as fashion-forward as ever. Crystal Reed wore a black and white print peplum top and tailored pants by CH Carolina Herrera that was sleek and stylish. Her costar Holland Roden, whose style I always adore, wore a sunny yellow lace dress by Notte by Marchesa. Both girls rocked red lips and fabulous hairdos, and both look absolutely rockin'.

What looks did you love the most and which ones would you have changed?
To celebrate the last few days of my summer (umm, I go back to school on Wednesday to prepare for sorority recruitment and am so not ready for endless days of tanning and swimming to come to an end), my mom and I headed up the 101 to Santa Barbara for some of our favorites - shopping, eating great food, and visiting absolutely charming areas along the central coast.
We stayed at the Bacara Hotel just past UCSB, an Italian-style series of villas that lived up to my expectations in every way.
Downtown Santa Barbara was as quaint and lovely as I had imagined from watching movies like It's Complicated, with strict building regulations keeping the classic Spanish-style buildings as the norm and ugly modern towers out.
And as a history buff, I always love a good Mission Trip! If you don't know about the California Missions or haven't visited any of them, you are totally missing out. They are probably my favorite historical places to visit in the Golden State.
On Friday we drove inland to Los Olivos, which is tiny but extremely quaint and has an almost midwestern sensibility to it (I told my mom that this little gas station - turned - cafe reminded me of the movie Cars) except there are wine tasting stands everywhere now that the Central Coast Valley has turned into another Napa.
Also we went to this place called Sides Hardware & Shoes; a Brothers Restaurant and I had the most amazing, artery-clogging burger of my LIFE and it was totally heaven - also, the restaurant is a converted hardware store so it's just really cute.
