I've never been one for country music. Give me Coachella over Stagecoach any day. I have avoided going in cars with certain people because I know I will be stuck listening to Luke Bryan for a half an hour while stuck on the 10. Yeah, no thank you.

But...as much as I dislike the music, country singers do have some style. From the wide-brim hats and paisley prints to denim as far as the eye can see, those country crooners know how to rock a cool look.

The cowboy boot in particular has recently made its way to the forefront of the fashion world, appearing on the runways at Miu Miu and Saint Laurent. The fashion girl cowboy boot, however, is a sleeker version of the traditional ones you're used to, though. Less prints and embroidery and more of a focus on shape and texture. It's a subtle homage to the Nashville look without looking like a Taylor Swift (pre-Red) impersonator. And the urban cowboy boot is much more suited for a city style. Pair your new boots with a slip dress and leather jacket, or skinny jeans and a fluffy fur coat. You'll be the talk of the town with your awesome outfit and statement-making boots!

    1. I think I could do suede ankle boots with maybe a little fringe, but maybe save the colors and flame embroidery for someone else :) Thanks for reading, Sera!
