What I Wore | Lunch in Town

August 31, 2016

Gimme all the off-the-shoulder things!

You guys, I officially have a problem: I'm addicted to off-the-shoulder tops and dresses. In the past three months I've purchased 3 different off-the-shoulder pieces, and even as we head into fall I have my eye on a few OTS sweaters that would make for cute fall going-out pieces. My most recent addition? A trendy-hued jersey top from a new Coronado boutique called Avenu. If you guys are ever in Crown Town, I highly recommend checking out the store. They have super cute things from their in-house label as well as blogger-favorite brands like Tularosa, The Fifth Label, and The Jetset Diaries.

Last Saturday I wore this top to a party with a black mini skirt and suede heels. This week, though, I styled the top for daytime, pairing it with my favorite Madewell cut-offs and nude sandals for that elongated leg effect.

My friend Candace (who shot these gorgeous photos!) and I went to lunch at our fave Mexican restaurant on the island, and we stumbled upon these cute tiled stairs, so obviously we had to take some #ootd shots.

Here's the full look, and don't forget to scroll down to shop the outfit!

  1. I can relate to the adoration of off-the-shoulder tops haha! This is a great look for lunch, and the steps you've used as a backdrop in this shoot are so lovely :)
