If millennial pink has been the star of the past few years, then lavender is the color of the future. After Pantone named a bold purple the color of 2018, I've been noticing an increase of pastel purples wherever I shop. Sure, it's not the exact same hue, but I'd like to think lavender is the fashion girl's answer to the overpowering saturation of Ultra Violet.
Even I've hopped aboard the lavender train with this cozy sweater from La Vie Rebecca Taylor (it's on sale, by the way) and I think the color is sweet and great for winter and spring fashions alike.
